UNSURE ABOUT THE SIZE TO ORDER?

We always deliver a free additional size to ensure you have a safe alternative.

Note: If the additional size is unavailable, we will provide a similar item in the requested size.

We ship the outfit at least 15 days before your event, or immediately for urgent orders.

RENTAL PERIOD

The rental lasts one week.

For example, if your event is on September 16, we will deliver everything by September 1. You then have until September 22 to return the rented items.

URGENT ORDERS

Orders received by 12:00 PM will be processed the same day.

PRICE

The price displayed for each item covers the entire rental period.

No deposit is required.

DATE OF USE

Tell us when you’ll wear the outfit by selecting the date in the cart.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

At the end of the rental period, pickup and transportation will be handled by our staff, who will contact the courier to arrange the collection of rented items quickly and easily.

INSURANCE INCLUDED

Stains or other damage? Don’t worry—garments are covered by insurance, and the rental price already includes this cost.

How the Home Trial Service Works

  • The trial fee is €29.00

  • Shipping cost is €35.00

  • Total cost: €44.00, all inclusive

  • Return is free

If you decide to confirm the order, the trial fee will be deducted from the purchase or rental price of the item.

Once you receive the item, you have 1 day to decide whether to purchase or rent it. This gives you the chance to try it at home calmly and comfortably before making your decision.

You can provide feedback on fit or adjustments using the product sheet we’ll include with the item.

The item will then be custom-tailored and delivered to you 7 days before the actual use date.

If the item is not to your satisfaction, our courier will pick it up from your home the following day, and you will have no obligations toward us.

You can collect your order free of charge from our pickup point in Cormano (Milan).

Pickup Hours:

  • Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM
